Part-Time Events Assistant

They are seeking a Part-Time Events Assistant to support various campus events, including competitions and workshops, while gaining valuable experience in event logistics and operations.

Responsibilities
Support our Silicon Valley campus events—from academic competitions to workshops and community outreach
Assist with pre-event planning, vendor/venue coordination, room setup, crowd flow, and post-event wrap-ups (feedback, reports, and content recaps)
Contribute to marketing campaigns that grow attendance and elevate the participant experience
Qualification
Required
No prior event experience is required
Training, playbooks, and mentorship are provided
This position is a strong stepping stone toward event coordination, operations management, or campus/community marketing
Preferred
Designed for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who love education and thrive on bringing events to life
