Responsibilities
Perform quantity takeoffs, develop budgets and proposals, coordinate with project teams, and support subcontractor/vendor outreach during bid phases
Apply knowledge of construction methods and market pricing while using estimating software and maintaining organized project data
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, participate in pre-bid and design meetings, and provide timely updates to leadership
Support junior team members, engage in training, and contribute to the improvement of estimating standards and procedures
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in vertical construction estimating across diverse sectors
Proficiency in construction takeoff software and tools
An established network of subcontractors and suppliers in the construction industry
Preferred
Prior superintendent or project management experience is a plus
