Responsibilities

Drive our platform internationalization strategy & execution. Define how to take Motive’s hardware & software global and then make it happen

Build a deep understanding of the unique customer needs in international markets, and translate these insights into a well-prioritized international product roadmap

Work with every product team at the company to drive internationalization projects and bring their product areas up to the internationalization bar

Establish success metrics for internationalization platform that contribute to long-term company success

Required

6+ years in product management at a B2B company or on operational products

Deep analytical and dive deep skills. Ability to synthesize results for an executive level audience

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence up and across successfully

High desire and ability to be in a role that requires 90% execution

Previous experience in a startup or new team environment

Experience launching products in new geographies

Preferred

Bonus if you have experience with localization efforts like translations for new geographies
