Responsibilities
Lead business development and relationship management within a target region and/or client type
Develop and execute a regional growth strategy targeting new LP relationships and deepening existing ones
Serve as the primary interface with prospective clients, crafting and delivering presentations, proposals, and strategic insights
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across research, investment, operations, and client advisory teams to deliver seamless and insightful client experiences
Stay abreast of evolving market trends, fund strategies, and client needs to position Aksia’s offerings competitively and credibly
Qualification
Required
6–12 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or institutional sales with a focus on alternative investments
Knowledge of alternative investment strategies, including private equity, private credit, real assets and/or hedge funds
Demonstrated success cultivating LP relationships across a region or client type
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to independently manage multiple complex client engagements and internal workstreams
High degree of initiative, integrity, and commercial acumen
Preferred
Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain client relationships
