They are seeking a Revenue Analyst who will ensure accurate sales and cash recording for U.S. equity restaurants, analyze revenue data, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen revenue reporting.

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze EBT, journal entries, and period reporting; submit to supervisor for review and distribute results to stakeholders
Perform and resolve issues related to the semi-annual change fund audit for all equity brands
Research and approve cash reconciliations; provide cash balances to Treasury
Verify and approve sales distribution and load activity in ReconNET on a weekly basis
Prepare, log, and upload journal entries for assigned business units each period
Monitor and perform daily matching of cash, credit card, and gift card activity
Research and resolve discrepancies, including store outreach, over/short reports, bank research, and refund requests
Complete period-end reconciliations (e.g., credit card, gift card, and other general ledger accounts)
Provide ad hoc support as backup for the Revenue Supervisor and team (e.g., missing sales, sales suspense accounts, gift card journal entries, overhead allocations, and brand-level matching activities)
Support external/internal audit requests, SOX peer reviews, and related compliance activities
Participate in special projects and identify process improvement opportunities in partnership with the Supervisor and IT, including robotics initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency with JDE and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to accuracy and detail
Preferred
Experience with a large, global company
Background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or retail environment
