Responsibilities
Prepare the patient and operate the x-ray equipment in order to obtain diagnostic images in the ambulatory setting
Qualification
Required
Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, required
NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility or Hospital Outpatient Department Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(R) Required NH Medical Group Office Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(R), required
Thorough knowledge of radiographic equipment and accessories
Analytical ability and basic computer skills
Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s) age
Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs
Good communication skills, capable of functioning alone in diagnostic rooms, working knowledge of various types of x-ray equipment, able to adapt to various situations and procedures
Preferred
2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred
One year experience in diagnostic radiology, preferred
NH MedicalRegistry-eligible in Radiography by ARRT Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(required)
Required within 6 months of hire NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility or Hospital Outpatient
Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT( required)
NH Medical Group Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(Required)
