They are seeking a Mitigation Estimator who will establish customer relationships, create accurate project estimates, and work collaboratively with the Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships for restoration services
Educate customers on the restoration process
Work with customers to understand desired upgrades/changes
Ensure that estimates meet client requirements
Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for restoration projects
Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate
Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades
Work with Project Manager to price bid items, if needed
Identify and document finalized project scope of work
Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimates (i.e Abatement Contractors, ITEL, Adjusters etc.)
Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates
Deliver and Communicate estimates to the Project Manager
Qualification
Required
2 years of previous restoration estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
Experience with IICRC standards
Superb customer service track record
Effective written and oral communication
Advanced math skills
Experience using Xactimate™ estimating software
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team Player
Must have a good driving record
