Responsibilities
Close deals by effectively managing multiple sales cycles while working in a fast-paced startup environment
Research accounts and create effective client communication to generate new revenue
Maintain strong client relationships to offer the best solutions through the Awardco platform and drive revenue
Collaborate strategically across departments to provide effective solutions to client needs
Qualification
Required
Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment
3+ years of experience in outbound sales is a must, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience with deals ranging in size from 40k-150k in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
Familiarity with longer, complex sales cycles
Consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, and SalesNavigator
