Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders, aiming for high customer satisfaction and retention
Act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution
Support customers through various communication methods such as email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings
Partner with other departments to take qualified, warm leads and convert them into closed deals
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers' needs and objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Must be based in Tampa, FL and able to work 100% on-site (not in a remote position)
2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
