Responsibilities
Design and evolve scalable, maintainable data products, pipelines, models and architectures using system thinking principles
Understand business needs into technical solutions emphasizing speed and simplicity
Own features end-to-end — from ideation and design to deployment, ongoing maintenance, documentation and sharing
Build clean, efficient, high-quality solutions and set the bar for engineering best practices
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring systems
Debug complex issues across the stack and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
Integrate and leverage AI frameworks to accelerate development and enhance product functionality
Implement monitoring, alerting, and reliability strategies for mission-critical systems
Collaborate with product, design, and business partners to deliver impactful solutions
Excellence in Engineering beyond writing code, code reviews, mentor teammates, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
Create clear technical documentation for systems, APIs, and operational processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software or data engineering
3+ Years of proficiency in SQL, data warehouse technologies (Snowflake or similar), and data pipeline tech (DBT etc)
At least 2 years of experience within the healthcare technology domain
3+yrs of proficiency in one or more of Python, Go, or similar languages
3+ years of experience with AWS, or comparable cloud platforms
Strong expertise in engineering practices, including CI/CD, observability, and cloud platforms
Design and evolve data systems that enable insight, scalability, and reliable data flows
Proven track record of rapidly delivering greenfield projects from concept to deployment
Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Exposure and familiarity with AI technologies and a background in experimenting with or developing AI-powered products and tools
