Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure financial stability and growth

Manage daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency across various sites

Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to support leadership and guide the organization's long-term mission and goals

Develop and lead the plant finance team, promoting a culture of efficiency, accuracy, and best practices

Partners with shared service center ensuring adherence to audits and meeting month end close process deadlines

Create and refine financial and operational policies, procedures, and internal controls

Work with other department leaders and stakeholders, acting as a key member of the leadership team
