Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer

They are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support various Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Systems, focusing on the full lifecycle of the product from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities
Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
Generate test documentation for verification/acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems
Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams
Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off
Brief senior program management and engineering leadership
Test EW hardware and software builds
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
Experience with EW/Radar systems integration, verification, and validation
Experience preparing system/subsystem test documentation (e.g., plans, procedures, and reports)
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events
Experience leading system test equipment and special test equipment development activities
Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment
Experience modeling the performance of EW/Radar systems
Experience with millimeter and microwave RF at both the system and module levels
Experience with integration of mixed signal modules into the next higher assembly
Experience with security requirements related to government testing
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture), specifically using SysML
