Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the product vision for the holistic developer experience for production AI/ML workloads on the Enterprise AI Platform

Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes

Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design

Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies

Serve as the connection between customers, Capital One’s mission, and your team

Required

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

A strategic product leader who thrives on solving complex platform problems for technical users

Experienced with the needs of model developers, ML engineers, Data Scientists, and AI researchers

Comfortable with AI infrastructure, model deployment, and DevOps technologies for AI systems–even if you're not building them yourself

Effective at building strong relationships across engineering, platform, and partner teams to drive alignment and execution

Adaptable, curious, and can quickly ramp up on new technologies and advancements in a fast-paced setting

Experienced working in an Agile environment

Have excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly collaborative and have the ability to influence and lead

Preferred

Experience building developer-facing products (e.g., APIs, SDKs, CLIs, technical documentation) or platform products with a strong focus on user experience
