Directly selling ad spots on the radio station; identifying and calling on new potential clients; helping clients understand how KWAVE can help grow their business and address other business needs; and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs

Qualification
Required
Outgoing, energetic, and highly motivated Sales Account Executive
Focus on prospecting, client relationships, and developing advertising strategies
Marketing, researching client needs, creating presentations & reports, and negotiating sales contracts
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding radio advertising formats, target demographics, and effective messaging
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outgoing personality and good organizational skills
