InternParkview Health is seeking a Virtual Care Summer Non-Clinical Intern to join their Nursing Informatics team. The intern will assist with data gathering, validation, and analysis while receiving training on various technologies used in the hospital. This role offers a valuable opportunity to learn about healthcare technology and support the Virtual Care team in various tasks.

Responsibilities
Work in a hybrid of remote and on-site at the hospitals and the Business & Technology Center
Assist with data gathering, validation, and analysis
Support the use of iPhones, iPads, video equipment, etc
Observe and assist with the implementation of new processes
Complete chart audits, gather data, create reports, and assist the teams with other similar tasks
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel
Good communication skills
Must be current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
Applicants must have their own transportation for local travel between hospitals and the Business & Technology Center
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume, and Letter of Recommendation
Preferred
Background in data analysis and data visualization
Students studying Nursing, Health Informatics, or similar fields with an interest in healthcare technology are encouraged to apply
Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred, depending on the internship hosting department
A specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship
