InternParkview Health is offering an internship in Talent Acquisition that provides hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with job candidates. Interns will support various stages of the hiring process while contributing to the growth of the organization’s workforce.

Responsibilities
Support various stages of the hiring process, including writing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and helping to create a positive candidate experience
Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to learn and assist with the candidate selection and hiring process
Gain exposure to sourcing strategies, applicant review, and interview coordination
Qualification
Required
Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
Preferred
Experience in sales or a basic knowledge of human resources
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and collaboratively
Students pursuing degrees in Human Resources or Business Administration are best suited for this internship
A specific educational focus or degree may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship
A specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship
GPA of 3.0 or above
