Information System Security Engineers (ISSE) III (Contingent Upon Award)

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. (LHG) is seeking Information System Security Engineers (ISSE) III to provide cybersecurity engineering expertise in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. The ISSE will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements by designing, implementing, and maintaining secure information systems.

Responsibilities

Capture, analyze, and refine information security operational and security requirements
Develop and implement security controls, configuration changes, and system hardening to ensure compliance with DoD standards
Perform vulnerability scanning, remediation, and patch management for hardware and software systems
Conduct security assessments and validate security configurations for operating systems and applications
Ensure systems meet Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD cybersecurity policies
Provide guidance on secure system development and configuration management
Support government customers in cybersecurity planning, reporting, and compliance documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent STEM discipline from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in capturing and refining security requirements
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in developing and implementing security controls
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in performing vulnerability scanning and remediation
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in applying secure configurations, patches, and updates
Must hold one of the following certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Active Secret clearance, Interim acceptable at award
Willingness to travel to up to 20%
