Responsibilities

Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and outreach
Submit a minimum of 10 quality candidates weekly to active job orders
Drive candidates through the pipeline: target 5 interviews scheduled per week with Clients
Achieve 2-3 confirmed hires per week (with training and support in first 90 days)
Build strong candidate and client relationships for repeat placements
Manage contractors on assignment, including check-ins and updates

Required

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong work ethic
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets

Preferred

Recruiting or sales experience is a plus, but not required
