Traditional Labor Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) – SF/SAC/LA
Greenberg Traurig (GT) is a global law firm seeking a traditional labor associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their California Labor & Employment Practice. The associate will work with clients across various industries on labor relations, grievance arbitration, and collective bargaining, while also advising on compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities
Client counseling on labor relations and law
Research and writing projects
Grievance arbitration
Collective bargaining and union campaigns
Handling matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board
Advising clients on complexities of employee benefits including pension and health insurance
Training management and human resources personnel on state and federal labor law requirements and developments
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of traditional labor law experience
Client counseling on labor relations and law
Research and writing projects
Grievance arbitration
Collective bargaining and union campaigns
Matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board
Strong academic credentials
Member of the California State Bar
