Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Connect Staffing, Inc. is collaborating with a progressive mid-sized law firm to find an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator who will concentrate on entry-level associate recruiting. This role is responsible for managing on-campus recruiting, summer associate programs, and entry-level associate hiring, while also traveling for law school and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

Manage the Summer Associate Program, including onboarding, events, and feedback
Oversee entry-level recruitment, including on-campus interviews, callback scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding
Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events; build relationships with law schools and student organizations
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Community Engagement on talent initiatives and track recruiting metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of campus recruiting experience in the legal/law firm space
Experience with recruiting technology; Flo Recruit experience a plus
Professional written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time management skills; high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor, adaptable, and maintains confidentiality
Collaborative team player with a passion for talent development
Flexible to travel several times per month for recruiting events

AmLaw 200 law firm experience preferred
