Responsibilities
Architect and integrate high-power transmitter systems for Rivet’s next-generation platforms
Design RF front-end architectures
Integrate amplifiers and antennas
Validate system performance through rigorous testing
Deliver high-power RF subsystems that meet Rivet’s performance, safety, and reliability requirements
Designing, testing, and scaling transmitter systems that form the backbone of Rivet’s advanced communications capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
Strong RF fundamentals with expertise in high-power transmitter front-end design and subsystem integration
Experience integrating RF subsystems such as high-power amplifiers, waveguides, isolators, and antennas
Knowledge of power supply design for RF transmitters
Proficiency in RF link budget analysis and system-level performance evaluation
Hands-on experience with RF bring-up, validation, and debugging using test equipment
Familiarity with RF schematic and PCB layout best practices
3+ years of experience designing RF hardware for mass-produced products
Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage projects independently
Eagerness to take on new challenges, learn continuously, and thrive in a start-up environment
Must be a US Person (citizen or permanent resident)
