Responsibilities
Proactively source, screen, and recruit candidates for hourly, management, and executive roles within hospitality operations
Build and maintain a network of hospitality professionals through job boards, career fairs, social media, professional associations, and industry events
Collaborate with department heads and leaders to define job requirements, develop job postings, and align recruitment strategies with business goals
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and coordinate the hiring process including scheduling, assessments, and reference checks
Promote the company’s culture and reputation in the marketplace, highlighting career opportunities, benefits, and growth pathways
Partner with HR and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, turnover trends)
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and employment regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the hospitality, hotel, or service industry
Strong understanding of hospitality roles and operational structures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and service excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred

Results-driven with a focus on quality of hire
Culturally aware and able to recruit in diverse environments
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
