Responsibilities
Lead marketing efforts to grow the home health program
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, and health insurance companies
Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills to support healthcare marketing initiatives
Prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, home care, skilled nursing, etc.) marketing
Strong existing relationships with referral sources including hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, health insurance companies, etc
Ability to carry out marketing efforts that will lead to the growth of the home health program
Professional, personable, driven, and intelligent
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
Sufficient computer proficiency in healthcare marketing, including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and email software applications
Ability to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines
1-2 years of marketing experience
Preferred
Multiple years' experience in marketing
