Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
3-5 years of direct business development sales experience- senior living, healthcare, hospitality preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required
