Responsibilities

Coordinate confirmation information for player/alumni appearances, travel, and hotel

Manage the alumni database for reporting purposes

Compile actual financial data into spreadsheets for analysis

Assist alumni with benefit inquiries

Facilitate ads for sponsored events and alumni recognition

Prepare reports and presentations for committee/board meetings

Manage expense reports for efficiency

Coordinate employee participation in sponsored events, golf outings, etc

Input and distribute alumni ticket requests for game day

Distribute suite tickets and coordinate food/beverage for game day

Update the player appearance communication screens weekly

Assist with Green Bay Packers Foundation correspondence and events

Serve as back up to donations area

Schedule external and internal meetings

Assist the Director of Community Outreach in any matter that requires additional support
