Responsibilities
Support space systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
Develop and work collaboratively on large C++ codebases including data-oriented design architectures, event driven simulations, and Monte Carlo simulations
Formulate the analysis problem, model development, analysis execution, and presentation of the results to the customer
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is Required
Ability to qualify for a US Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance required
Candidate must be SAP and SCI program eligible
This position is in person
Experience in C++ and Python programming languages
Experience developing in and working collaboratively on large C++ codebases
Experience with data-oriented design architectures
Experience with event driven simulations
Experience with Monte Carlo simulations
Experience in mathematics and physics including systems-level analyses in missile defense
Experience in radar system simulation and modeling
Experience in statistics and numerical integration algorithms
Experience in modeling of aerospace systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to formulate concrete analysis problems from imprecise need statements
Ability to work with others to conceptualize and solve problems
Versatile in C++ and Python
Strong math and numerical analysis background
Knowledge of detection, tracking, and discrimination algorithms
Experience solving multivariate optimizations
Candidates must have a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, math, or a physical science
5 years of relevant experience
