The Property Operations Specialist will assist and support the Regional Director and Regional Managers with onboarding new properties and managing site assignments, while ensuring compliance and managing vendor contracts.

Responsibilities
Assist and support Regional Director and Regional Managers with onboarding new properties and lease ups
Provide support for creating and processing invoices for sites
Manage the Property Site Vendors
Help manage and create new and existing site files
Work with Boston Post Software on Site documentation
Help with Compliance – Lease up certifications at Properties
Qualification
Required
Basic mathematical skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, training and evaluation with Tax Credit properties
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential
Knowledge of property financials/ledgers/budgets. (Training will be provided.)
Preferred
Previous knowledge of Boston Post Software is a plus
Boston Post software knowledge is a plus
