Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with firm and regulatory standards

Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality work is delivered

Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Communicate with clients to understand their business operations and provide recommendations for improvement

Identify and assess audit risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them
