Technical Enablement Consultant

Responsibilities

Lead the design, delivery, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of technical enablement content for technical pre-sales teams
Workshop with technical sales experts and product management to understand key market differentiators, technical pre-sales knowledge gaps, and understand critical interfaces between products that amplify value for our customers
Lead and collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deliver technical skills programs and training, including tools and processes to enable Domain Experts with the process
Regular engagement and interaction with domain expert teams and leadership, regional Enablement teams, and our businesses is paramount to ensure we understand the perspectives of our stakeholders
Collaboration with technical competency teams (RAU) and commercial portfolio engineering teams is also a large part of creating programs to support Domain Experts
Talk to stakeholders about what went well and what didn't to assess program strengths, analyze program risks, and identify areas for improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent years of relevant experience
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

Preferred

2 or more years of technical sales and/or technical implementation experience
Technical aptitude with strong knowledge of industrial automation products
Proven success in creation and execution of technical enablement strategies or materials
Solid understanding of the role of technical sales enablement in modern sales organizations
Ability to sell ideas and present strategies at a leadership/executive level
