Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features
Collaborate across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to identify and execute high-impact projects
Span system design, backend and frontend development, and integration with third-party services
Incorporate advanced AI capabilities such as intelligent automation and data-driven insights to enhance user experiences
Shape the technical direction of Healthie’s platform, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and usability of our platform while aligning with customer needs and business goals
Translate complex challenges into elegant, impactful solutions
Foster collaboration across teams to deliver features that empower healthcare providers and drive better patient outcomes
Qualification
Required
5- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and experience specializing in AI/ML technologies, developing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
Hands-on expertise in building machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and intelligent automation solutions, with a focus on delivering measurable impact for users
Direct experience with our Tech Stack: Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara
Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure, ensuring solutions integrate seamlessly with complex platforms
Excel at collaborating cross-functionally, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring engineering teams to build high-performing and innovative solutions
Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing long-term strategic goals with the need for agile execution and quick results
Deeply passionate about healthcare technology and the potential of AI to transform the industry, improving outcomes for patients and providers alike
