Responsibilities

Become a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician at North Memorial Health!
Collaborate with MTM Pharmacists, Care Coordination, Nurse Call Center, Diabetes Educators, Community Paramedics, and Social Workers
Work/life balance with no evening or weekend schedule requirements
Provide outpatient care with phone call responsibilities limited to one week per year

Family MedicineInternal MedicineMedical Doctor LicenseDEA RegistrationOsteopathic School GraduatePatient ServiceWork/Life BalanceCollaboration

Required

Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School
Completion of an accredited ABMS-approved residency
