The Ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships with referral sources. These referral sources include hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, health insurance companies, etc
Candidate must be able to carry out marketing efforts that will lead to the growth of the home health program
We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, driven, and intelligent
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills are helpful to a healthcare marketing professional
Sufficient computer proficiency is required in healthcare marketing, as marketers must frequently use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and email software applications
Candidates should also be able to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, home care, skilled nursing, etc.) marketing
Strong existing relationships with referral sources including hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, health insurance companies, etc
Ability to carry out marketing efforts that will lead to the growth of the home health program
Professional, personable, driven, and intelligent
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
Sufficient computer proficiency in healthcare marketing, including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and email software applications
Ability to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines
Multiple years' experience in marketing preferred
1 year or 2 years of experience level
