Account Manager, Client Success
Cuerpo Talent is a fast-growing healthtech company seeking a client-obsessed Account Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise customers. The role involves delivering high-quality service, managing client lifecycles, and ensuring program success from onboarding to renewal while coordinating across various departments to enhance client experience.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, providing concierge-level support
Lead all aspects of the client journey: onboarding, implementation, performance monitoring, and renewals
Understand client goals and success metrics; act as a strategic advisor and problem-solver
Coordinate internally across teams (Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Product) to ensure smooth program execution
Proactively manage issues and identify ways to enhance client experience and outcomes
Deliver regular reporting, performance metrics, and ROI insights to clients
Support leadership with account planning, growth strategies, and tracking health indicators across accounts
Maintain thorough, timely documentation in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Participate in client check-ins, QBRs, and strategic presentations
Stay current on company offerings and market trends to advise clients effectively
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Partner Services
Proven ability to support enterprise clients with a high level of service and professionalism
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and a data-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Industry experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or digital health is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or related field
