Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices
Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement
Provide training across Quality functions and support laboratory testing by ensuring standard operating procedures are followed
Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately and with limited supervision
Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to perform key product related root cause investigations and identify/provide oversight of the execution of corrective actions
Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency
Collaborate with team members in Production and Quality to build robust documentation to support audit readiness
Building strong partnerships with the Quality and Sourcing teams as well as external customers to ensure the highest level of customer service
Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives

Required

Undergraduate student completing an Engineering or Life Sciences-related degree between December 2026 and June 2027
0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred
Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity
Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status
