They are seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide individualized ABA therapy, supervise RBTs, and develop behavior intervention plans in an outpatient pediatric setting.

Responsibilities
Provide individualized and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-18
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality treatment delivery
Develop and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes
Deliver services in both clinical and community settings, including schools and other natural environments
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Active BCBA certification or eligible for state licensure
Preferred
Prior BCBA experience
