Responsibilities

We are seeking associate candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a preference for private equity-led M&A transactions or acquisitions for private equity funds

Candidates should possess the ability to lead M&A transactions from start to finish, including the drafting and negotiating of complex transactional documents

Our private equity department has a large, national platform that we are seeking to further expand with the right candidate

Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues

Required
