They are seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect with strong technical expertise and creative vision to lead and support landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
Design Services
Responsibilities
Lead and support commercial and multi-family landscape architecture projects from concept through construction
Conduct municipal code research and integrate requirements into project designs
Develop strong, regionally appropriate planting designs across diverse hardiness zones
Review and interpret arborist reports, and prepare tree protection and disposition plans
Incorporate irrigation design best practices (CID certification a plus)
Manage projects of varying scales, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver high-quality outcomes
Qualification
Required
Licensed Landscape Architect
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial development projects
Strong understanding of planting design and irrigation design principles
Proven ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and self-direct
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Incorporate irrigation design best practices (CID certification a plus)
