Hybrid Sales / Finance Manager

Responsibilities
Work hand-in-hand with sales to structure profitable deals that close today
Present compliant menus, maximize product penetration (VSC, GAP, tire/wheel, ancillary), and protect the customer experience
Lift attachment rates and gross via training, accountability, and process—no shortcuts
Match paper to programs, buy deeper, overcome stips, and fund fast
Perfect paperwork, accurate disclosures, menu compliance, Red Flags/OFAC, eSign, and CIF
Coach sales pros on TOs, objection handling, and clean deal jackets; set the pace on the tower
Drive same-day callbacks, funding accuracy, and zero-defect delivery packets
Qualification
Required
Prior Finance Manager AND Sales/Desk Manager experience required (retail automotive)
Consistent high PRU/PVR, strong product penetration, clean audits
You love the heat—high energy, high integrity, high output
Coachable, data-driven, and respected by lenders, customers, and your team
References Required: We will validate performance and professionalism
Menu selling platforms (RouteOne, Dealertrack, Darwin, MenuMetric, etc.)
DMS/CRM proficiency (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack DMS, VinSolutions, eLeads, etc.)
Lender portals & program guidelines (prime, near-prime, subprime)
eContracting, CIT workflows, and auditable documentation standards
