The Operations Associate will support daily business operations, analyze existing workflows for efficiency, and collaborate across departments to enhance operational capabilities.

Responsibilities
Analyzing existing workstreams to identify opportunities to develop and implement automated, or more efficient solutions, for process optimization
Collaborating with the founders and across various departments such as marketing, sales and software development to facilitate smooth operational flow
Carrying out administrative tasks and processes, and preparing operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes
Drive special projects that increase our operational capabilities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations or project management role
Ability to work under pressure and evaluate priorities
High EQ — gains trust and enjoys working with people
Attention to detail and well organized
Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation tools and software
Ownership mentality demonstrated by taking projects from inception to completion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
