Responsibilities

Oversight of daily/monthly account reconciliations related to client’s accounts

Collaborate across multiple teams to identify discrepancies

Work directly with internal partners and external partners to resolve discrepancies

Escalate reconciliation issues timely

Ensure that all account reconciliations are prepared in a timely manner and are consistent with bank polices and regulations

Collaborate with Product, Sales and Operations to onboard new clients

Identify and drive process improvements as the service is expanded to new clients

Required

5 years relevant reconciliation experience

Strong working knowledge of treasury solutions services, especially reciprocal deposits

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access & PowerPoint)

Strong quantitative, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills

Strong customer service skills

Bachelor's degree in accounting
