Mid LevelDade Service Corporation is seeking an experienced Controls Programmer for a 2-month contract role focused on developing, testing, and commissioning control logic for their control systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming and building out Ignition-based SCADA platforms.
Construction
Responsibilities
Review our current Ignition Application and Ladder Logic Controls
Make developments for our Ignition SCADA and build it out for continued improvement and to add new features and use types
Set up Ignition SCADA sites for new customers and specific system requirements
Review feasibility of moving our current ladder logic controls to a different platform
Assist in enhancements and modifications of our current ladder logic programming for Horner controls
Controls proof out
Controls support documentation for internal and client use
Additional work as needed to support our Team
Qualification
Required
Hands on knowledge of Ignition SCADA platform development
Proven experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and ladder logic programming
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A passion for technology and eagerness to learn
