Responsibilities

Represent corporate trustees or agents in all types of debt financing, including structured finance, project finance, corporate debt, secured/unsecured loans, and collateralized loan obligation transactions

Involved in new origination of structured finance transactions (ABS, RMBS, CLOs) and other asset-backed securities, project finance, corporate bonds, and specialty finance

Resolution of distressed transactions

Work independently with direct client contact

Required

Superb judgment and communication skills
