Responsibilities
Own problems end-to-end, from discovery through launch
Make Brellium feel lightning-fast, rock-solid, and effortless for providers
Team up with go-to-market partners to help customers get live faster and see value right away
Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams, turning complex needs into simple product decisions
Stay anchored in user problems, digging deep into provider and customer pain points before solutioning
Adapt quickly as priorities shift and learn new domains fast to keep the team moving
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of product management or adjacent product-building experience
Clear, concise communicator who can align teams around priorities
Lead with user empathy and can translate user needs into focused solutions
Learn quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and aren't afraid to adjust course as we grow
Worked closely with engineers and designers to ship high-quality products
Balance intuition and data when making decisions
