The role involves generating new business, conducting sales outreach, and building relationships with clients to facilitate the vendor switch for background screening services.

Responsibilities
Generate New Business: Prospect and contact decision-makers in staffing agencies, HR departments, and other industries across all 50 states
Sales Outreach: Conduct phone calls, send follow-up emails, and nurture leads to close deals
Sales Process: Gather client information, provide quotes, present online demos, and finalize agreements
Leverage HubSpot CRM: Track leads, manage your pipeline, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Build Relationships: Become a trusted partner by helping clients switch their vendor accounts for background screening over to Intelifi
Qualification
Required
Prior B2B sales experience preferred, especially in staffing or HR-related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets
