Responsibilities
Build robust connectors with retries, backoff, DLQs, and idempotency
Validate payloads with JSON Schema/XSD; compute checksums/hashes; emit correlation IDs
Implement reconciliation dashboards, alerts, and reporting to detect and fix data mismatches
Manage secrets, tokens, certs, and key rotation; enforce TLS/mTLS for secure transfers
Provide replay tooling, runbooks, and recovery support for failed transfers
Maintain compatibility shims; run forward/backward compatibility tests
Coordinate SLAs, change windows, cutovers, and backouts with partners
Contribute full-stack: align contracts with UI/Java teams, harmonize error handling, and extend E2E coverage
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Node.js integrations (APIs & secure file exchange)
Strong knowledge of retries, idempotency, backpressure, and DLQs
Hands-on experience with SFTP/HTTPS, cert/key management, TLS/mTLS security
Solid background in logging, monitoring, reconciliation, and data validation
Familiarity with UI and Java service integration
Confidential security clearance (Required)
Preferred
OpenJS certification (JSNAD/JSNSD)
MuleSoft/Apigee experience
CKAD (Kubernetes Application Developer) certification
