Responsibilities

Implement anomaly/threshold monitors; tune noise; create cohort/comparative analyses

Quantify drivers of tickets/defects; propose interventions with predicted impact & success metrics

Add data quality/reconciliation checks; document lineage/assumptions; publish scorecards

Create early-warning views; define alert thresholds & response playbooks

Partner with Support on playbooks that prevent repeats; measure effectiveness

Produce weekly insight briefs with owners/timelines; follow through on outcomes

Advocate for upstream fixes (schema/contracts/ETL); maintain monitoring backlog

Required

Federal experience is mandatory, with preference for candidates who have worked with HHS (Health and Human Services) or ACF (Administration for Children and Families)

Candidates with existing HHS or ACF clearance will be preferred
