The Medical Education Specialist will serve as a vital link between the sales team and healthcare professional speakers, coordinating educational events and communications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and educational engagements between the sales team and our faculty educator HCPs

Manage calendar invites across multiple time zones with precision and accuracy

Document conversations and maintain accurate records of communications with faculty

Partner with the Medical Affairs and Sales teams to streamline workflows and improve processes

Provide administrative support for program execution, including logistics, follow-up, and tracking

Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Google Suite, and Monday.com to manage tasks, projects, and communications

Serve as a point of contact to ensure seamless collaboration and timely follow-up

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Monday.com (or similar tools)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Preferred

2+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, or related medical education role (healthcare, medical affairs, or life sciences experience preferred)
