They are seeking an Inside Sales Associate for the Parts Department, responsible for handling quotes and orders, supporting the sales team, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, product information, and order processing

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring accurate and timely responses

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell opportunities

Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and timely stocking of products

Perform inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment

Prepare shipments and ensure accurate documentation for outbound orders

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for efficient operations

Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds

Stand and/or walk for extended periods

Assist in maintaining sales records, customer databases, and reports

Monitor sales metrics and generate periodic sales reports for management review

Identify sales trends and opportunities to drive business growth
