They are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to identify and advance new opportunities that enhance ANAB's impact across industries, leading initiatives and fostering relationships with regulators and industry partners.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and act on business opportunities across private industry and government sectors

Partner with operations to transition and implement new business opportunities

Network with regulators and specifiers to create growth opportunities, including representing ANAB at conferences and industry committees

Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new accreditation programs

Promote cross-selling across ANAB, ANSI, and subsidiaries

Build and maintain ANAB’s reputation for impartiality, competence, and professionalism

Required

Strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing

Knowledge of government networking, sales, and federal contracting

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams

Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel both domestically and internationally

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required

Preferred

Experience with ISO standards, certification, and accreditation strongly preferred

15+ years of related experience preferred
