Responsibilities

Become a product expert: Dive into our documentation, learn how Lago works, and use that knowledge to help customers succeed
Help customers win: Lead demos, guide proof-of-concepts, and ensure customers see the value of Lago
Simplify technical concepts: Break down APIs, integrations, and billing workflows into clear, actionable steps for customers
Own and drive your tasks: Take full responsibility for your work, from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for customers
Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent open source: Show customers why Lago’s open-source approach gives them control, transparency, and a better way to scale their business

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in a sales role
Curiosity and the ability to learn quickly
Ability to simplify technical concepts
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ambition and accountability in driving tasks to completion
Reliability and proactivity in problem-solving
Motivation by meaningful work and impact
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, product, and marketing teams
Understanding of the basics of APIs and integrations

Preferred

Experience in a technical account executive role
Familiarity with open-source software
